Before contacting support

  1. Reopen Flam from Shopify Admin.
  2. Confirm the Flam theme app embed is enabled and saved.
  3. Try the workflow once more without an ad blocker.

Use the same address for export, correction, deletion, or uninstall follow-up requests.
